Join our Full Body Strengthening Workout classes! Class 1: Incorporates drumsticks for an engaging warm-up, cardio, and cardio cool-down. The rhythmic movements not only boosts heart health but also enhances coordination, upper and lower body strength, and creates a fun and energetic full-body workout. Class 2: combines aerobic steps with drumsticks to deliver a dynamic workout. The steps add a lower-body focus that increases intensity and balance and the drumsticks keep the upper body active ensuring a full-body strengthening experience. Maximum of 10 participants.

Do you like to walk while being in the company of others? If the answer is YES, then come join WNC’s Walking Group and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature at the waterfront. Participants should wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Walks will transition indoors in the case of extreme weather. Make sure you have/wear sunscreen/hats. Carry your water bottles.
